SESSHIN (15000yen)
   5 DAYS FULL-TIME ZEN TRAINING
        Early in April
        Early in December

What is Sesshin?
The word "sesshin" means to touch the true nature of Self, the Self's true identity. Sesshin are different from regular Zazen Kai in that they involve casting aside all pride and dedicating oneself to each task at hand as if one's life were at stake. It is by no means easy, and in order to truly resolve life's ultimate question (enlighten), there is no means superior to sesshin. We look forward to your participation.
